If the cancellation request is placed after 12 hours of placing the order and making payment against it, you need to provide a valid reason for such a cancellation request and provide supporting evidence as sought from time to time and as requested. If the evidence is found valid and the cancellation justified, the company will approve the refund. The decision on such Cancellation request will be taken by the Company within 72 working hours.

REFUND POLICY: On successful cancellation of the said service as per the cancellation and return policy of the company, a proportionate refund of the amount duly paid, excluding tax(es) as applicable, shall be refunded within 7 days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment for the service, and in the case of payment made by any other mode through any payment gateway, refunds will be made through the same mode and to the same account.
